Mr. Lehrman was formerly a partner in the law firm of Lehrman, Lehrman, and Guterman, LLP, where he maintained a real estate law firm specialty practice at 199 Main Street in the historic Bar Building in White Plains, NY, which is located in Westchester County's main business district since the firm's inception. Fredric has a long and proven history of representing real estate owners, landlords, property owners of co-ops and condominiums, as well as all manner of regulations, agencies, laws, and any other rules affecting owners. Fredric provides top quality personalized services in the practice of Real Estate litigation, court appearances and trials, and regulatory practice, and generally provides experienced, expert, timely, innovative, and cost-effective services. Mr. Lehrman is amongst one of the most experienced and successful real estate attorneys in Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Manhattan Counties for over 46 years (nearly half a decade). 

 

Mr. Lehrman also has an accomplished educational background as a graduate of the infamous Riverdale Country School, a prestigious private school located in the Bronx, NY, which he attended from grades 4-12. He is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and achieved Dean's List Distinction during his undergraduate years.
